🕒 Time: 7pm-8:45pm (talk starts 7:30pm), including a break and a Q&A session (approx. 15mins each)
📌 Location: a welcoming space with warm lighting & great acoustics to be revealed
👤 Age requirement: 18+ with valid ID
🎤 Speaker: Stewart Clark is a professor at Durham University's Department of Physics and an expert on the subject matter
Experience Description
Is our universe unique, or are there millions like it? Does every choice you make create an alternative reality? The possibilities are mind-boggling, but don't worry, this Fever talk will help you understand all the science behind parallel universes. The topic has been brought to the forefront of our minds by modern TV shows and books such as Rick & Morty, His Dark Materials and Stranger Things; still, how much of what they say about the 'multiverse' is accurate? A theoretical physicist will be outlining the cutting-edge research being globally conducted on this area, answering any questions you might have about the world (or worlds?) around us.
