Daybreaker is a dance party that will fill your day with energy and intention. Research conducted by the Greater Good Science Centre found that dancing and sustainable happiness go hand in hand. And during these trying times when most of us are staying at home much more, we need to think about keeping ourselves healthy both mentally and physically. This is where Daybreaker comes in! Join like-minded people from all over the globe to sweat, dance and connect with each other. Clear some space in your living room and we’ll see you on the dance floor!
