Description
Recapture that euphoric feeling of club culture and mix it with the divine medicine of yoga at this Yoga Rave! A live DJ will be playing banger after banger as you activate the body through dance and mantra and then move into a yoga flow. You don't have to be a pro to join in! The motto is "let go and glow", so don't be shy: stretch your body into an open-hearted state of blissful awareness, shake your booty however your body feels, and just be you!
