Hallucinogenic drugs in a hospital clinic? Tripping as a treatment? The therapeutic value of mushrooms has been prized in indigenous cultures for thousands of years. They played a critical role in medicinal practice, and were noted in some of the first books on herbal medicine. More recently, initial results from studies of single psychedelic therapy sessions suggest that mushrooms can bring immediate and long-lasting relief to severe mental health conditions. In the past few decades, mushrooms have become popular for their therapeutic qualities in the west as a result of an expanding body of scientific research supporting their numerous health benefits. Join Fever on this journey into the world of psychedelic treatment!
