Cocktails

• Putting on the Chic: gin, muddled with organic raspberries, lengthened with homemade lime juice, coconut & sugar syrup, shaken with egg white & served up
• Full Straight Razor Shave: spiced rum, balanced with Licor 43 and charged with Frangelico, all stirred well
• The Saloon's Special: white rum blended with Baileys & almond syrup before charging with Advocaat and Cointreau. Shaken with organic cocoa powder
• Cabinet 2, Draw 13: vodka, with subtle hints of Frangelico, homemade lime juice & sugar syrup shaken with egg white
• From the Midwest: vodka or mezcal, muddled with black grapes, fused with fine ruby port. Blended with Bénédictine and lemon juice, then charged with créme de cassis
• Spooooice: tequila, charged with freshly pressed lemon juice and muddled fresh chilli, balanced with cane sugar & agave, lengthened by ginger beer
• Barber's Pour: bourbon fused with Chambord and coffee liqueur, stirred well over shaved ice and brown sugar
• The Absent Tea: tea-infused gin, lime juice, Cointreau blood orange, honey syrup, topped up with rosemary and grapefruit soda
