Sketchbooks: Choreographic Creation and Conversation
Under the artistic direction of Benjamin Millepied, Paris Dance Project presents the fourth season of the Sketchbooks. These unique evenings offer the public a rare opportunity to witness the early stages of a show in development and then engage in conversation with the choreographers, with discussions moderated by journalist Sophie Marchand.
A distinctive format, at the intersection of laboratory and dialogue, to discover dance as it is being created.
This new season of Paris Dance Project brings together leading figures and emerging talents from the contemporary dance scene: Emanuel Gat, Idio Chichava, Noé Soulier, Zoé Lakhmati, and Soa Ratsifandrihana, among others.
For this edition, Paris Dance Project takes over two iconic venues for creation and connection: Librairie 7L and Cité du Cinéma.
Through these collaborations, Paris Dance Project continues its mission to foster dialogue between disciplines, blend perspectives, and imagine new ways for artists and audiences to connect at the crossroads of dance, art, and culture.
