Performance and Menu Pairing
(everything in the menu is vegan!)

First Course

• Performance by Samantha Sun, the shimmering pint-sized mermaid
• Treasure Island fried calamari, pan-seared scallops, seaweed, umami dressing

Second and Third Course

• Performance by Electra Glide, the statuesque liberty girl
• New York New York: classic NY slider in charcoal brioche bun & Sloppy Joe, BBQ pulled pork, whisky cheese sauce (second course), plus a hot dog served afterwards (third course)

Fourth Course

• Circus & pole performance by Amber Dextrous: the unique, chic, tongue-in-cheek ringleader of mischief
• Circus Circus: charred spiced cauliflower, salsa Verdi, pomegranate, beetroot puree, shallot rings

Dessert

• Performance by Miss KD Hula: she works the room, hula shaking up a storm
• Bellagio: banana bread, caramelized walnuts, chocolate sorbet, date molasses, Oreo casino chips.

Other Performances and Activities:

• Shot Roulette: try your luck at the drinking game, Black Jack style. You'll always beat the house!
• Shotgun Wedding with Cardinal Hunter S.: he'll carry out his shotgun wedding service on an unsuspecting couple from the crowd - with ring certificates, after party and wedding reception!
• Burlesque performance by 'Elvis Herselvis' Felicity Furor
• Karaoke, liquor and rock n roll!
