Following their 4 date sold-out run, Londonβs finest multinational West African outfit, London Astrobeat Orchestra, returns to pay tribute to our favourite Talking Heads albums: Remain in Light and Speaking in Tongues. The pervasive afrobeat influence of these albums excellently lends itself to this completely unique take on David Byrneβs timeless compositions. British bass player Edd Bateman has been collaborating with west African musicians for the last 15 years, and his band has toured the world with musicians from Senegal, Guinea Conakry, Gambia, Cameroon, Congo, Cote DβIvoire and Equatorial Guinea.
