The Auditorium di San Francesco al Prato is a multifunctional cultural center created from the renovation of a deconsecrated 13th-century church, located in the heart of Perugia. Designed to offer maximum flexibility, the auditorium can host a wide range of cultural events such as concerts, theatrical performances, congresses, and conferences.

What are the different types of tickets available?
Tickets are available for three zones: Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts: seats are assigned according to the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed into the show.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you've purchased tickets for the same zone and arrive at the event together. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must remain on silent mode for the entire duration of the show.
Can I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, it will not be possible to leave your seat except in case of emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be purchased via the Fever app (available on Google Play and App Store) or on the website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: simply send the person who will be using the ticket the PDF with the barcode you received by email. If you have any questions, contact us with the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, it's possible to change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts: to do so, contact us with the ticket ID. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant, and we'll provide you with a code to get your companion's free ticket. To enter the event, you'll need to show the document along with the tickets.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and App Store), by logging in with the same Fever profile used for the purchase. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in the purchase confirmation email, which you can use to access the event.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect the experience (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email to the address linked to your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder too.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience will take place at the Auditorium di San Francesco al Prato, in Via San Francesco 4, 06123 Perugia (PG). It's easily reached by Minimetrò: the most convenient station is Pincetto, a 6-minute walk away.
Will it be possible to buy food?
No, it won't be possible to buy food at the venue.

Animals are not allowed, with the exception of assistance animals.
