Choice of entrance :

• South-Western duck foie gras, cherry-rhubarb condiment with Pondicherry pepper
• Snails and peas French style, parmesan shortbread, shavings of smoked duck breast
• Heart of semi-smoked salmon, avocado with Espelette pepper, green apples and mango
• Quinoa and tofu pressé, arugula cream and red onion pickles (🌱)
