What is a "Candlelight Photo"?
A bookable photo experience: a personal photo session in a special area and an instantly printed Polaroid-style photo as a keepsake.
Can I also buy "Candlelight Photo" on site?
Yes, as long as it's not sold out. Those who buy it online together with the concert tickets have priority over purchases made on site. On site, only payment by credit card is accepted, cash is not accepted.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo is taken before the event. The photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes before it begins.
When do I get my photo?

Where is the photo taken?
The team on site will explain the photo experience to you when you arrive and answer any questions you may have.
What is the "3-pack of candles"?
A set of 3 high-quality electric candles that realistically mimic the warm, flickering light of real candles.
What rules apply to 3-packs of candles bought online?
Candle sets purchased online are collected on the day of the event at the designated location. They're only valid for this date and location, and all sales are final: returns and exchanges are not possible.
What seating areas are there?
The hall is divided into areas based on view quality. Seats are allocated at the entrance on a first come, first served basis within the booked area.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same area. We recommend arriving early: the team will then try to seat you together.

Are tickets available at the entrance?
No. Tickets are only available on the Fever app or the Fever website.
When should I arrive?

Can I get a ticket for a companion?
If you need support, you can request a free companion ticket: send Fever a message with proof. After review, you'll receive a voucher that lets you book the free companion ticket in the app, subject to availability. At entry, show the companion ticket along with your regular ticket.
