What ticket types are available?
Zone A: excellent visibility. Zone B: good visibility. Zone C: standing spots, average visibility.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts: seats are assigned based on the zone purchased and your arrival time. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers won't be allowed in.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive together at the event. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
For the safety of all attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the last song and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must be kept on silent mode throughout the concert.
Can I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can't leave your seat except in case of emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets can't be purchased on site: they must be bought through the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or the website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: simply send the person who'll be using them the PDF with the barcode you received by email. If you have any questions, contact us with the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts: contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. For more information, check our Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their carer. Contact us with a document certifying the need for assistance attached: we'll send you a code to purchase your carer's free ticket. To access the event, you'll need to show the documents along with the tickets.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and App Store), logging in with the same profile you used to purchase it. You'll also find a PDF with the barcode to access the event in your confirmation email.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
If the weather affects the experience (change of venue or postponement), we'll notify you in advance by email to the address associated with your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder too.
