What are the different types of tickets available?
Zone A - excellent visibility. Zone B - good visibility. Zone C - standing places - average visibility.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the concert; seats will be assigned based on the zone purchased and the time of arrival. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed entry to the show.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you'll be able to sit with your friends if you've purchased tickets for the same zone and arrive together at the event. We recommend arriving early and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must be on silent mode throughout the entire performance.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, it will not be possible to leave your seat except in case of emergency.
Can I buy tickets on-site?
Tickets cannot be purchased on-site. All tickets must be purchased via the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. Please contact us with any doubts or questions; be sure to mention the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, it's possible to change the date and/or time of the ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts. In that case, please contact us with the ticket ID. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion/the person assisting them. In this case, contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant, and we'll provide you with a code with which you can purchase a free ticket for your companion.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Remember to log in with the same Fever profile used to purchase the ticket. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in the purchase confirmation email, with which you can access the event.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, we'll inform you in advance by email at the address associated with your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder.
