Candlelight: Valentine's Special brings together the most romantic music at the Abbaye du Val Saint Lambert, in Liège. From big screen classics to pop favourites, this Candlelight concert is performed live, surrounded by thousands of candles.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 60 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy around 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

What are the different ticket types?
Category A, Category B, Category C, Category D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or on the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. To do this, please fill in Fever's contact form and send us all the supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is only for people aged 8 or over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same email address you used to buy the tickets. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert will also be in the confirmation email.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you all arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. In this case, we recommend arriving early, and we'll do everything we can to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. To do this, simply click on Transfer Tickets in your Fever app. For further help, feel free to contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
For everyone's safety, we'll be lighting the venue with flameless electronic candles.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert start time stated on your originally purchased ticket. If you'd like to change your ticket and meet these conditions, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. For more information, you can check our Terms and Conditions.

The concert takes place at the Abbaye du Val Saint Lambert, Esplanade du Val, 4100 Seraing.
How can I get there?
BUS: buses 9, 46, 47, 49 and 91, Seraing Cristalleries stop. PARKING: Parking du Château du Val, P1 and P2. It's a 5-minute walk between the car parks and the entrance to the Abbaye, so please allow a little extra time. We recommend prioritising public transport or sustainable alternatives for this event.

No.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are not allowed, except for assistance animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in the event of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so that we can allocate you a seat in the category you've booked. The concert will start on time. The audience must be seated before the concert begins. In the event of a late arrival, we won't be able to let you into the hall, in order to respect the artists' performance and ensure a good experience for the other spectators.
What happens if the concert can't go ahead due to bad weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or date change), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
