What are the different types of tickets?
There are four ticket categories: A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets must be purchased in advance via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com), before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free ticket for your carer. Send your request via the Fever help centre form, attaching all the necessary supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend this concert?
The concert is open to those aged 8 and over. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the ‘Tickets’ section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play), by logging in with the email address used for the purchase. The QR code to show on the day of the concert is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, as long as the whole group arrives at the same time with tickets in the same category. We recommend arriving early: the team will do their best to seat your group together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another Fever account for free, using the ‘Transfer tickets’ option in the app. For any help, contact Fever with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
No. For everyone's safety, the venue uses electronic candles, with no real flame.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start time stated on your original ticket, subject to availability. Contact Fever with your ticket ID. No refunds are possible. For more information, see Fever's Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Is it possible to get a refund?
No, unless you purchased a cancellable flexible ticket. However, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the original session, subject to availability, by contacting Fever.

How do I get there?
The venue is well served by public transport. Metro: line 7 (Place Monge) and line 10 (Cardinal Lemoine). RER: line B (Luxembourg). Bus: lines 21, 24, 27 and 38, Luxembourg & Musée and Institut Curie stop. Parking: Indigo Paris Soufflot Panthéon, 22 rue Soufflot, 75005 Paris.
Are food and drinks available?
No, no food or drinks are available on site.
Can I bring an animal?
No, except for assistance animals.
Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes. The venue is on one level and has a ramp. It can accommodate people with reduced mobility, subject to availability.

Only during the last piece, and without flash. The artists will remind you of this during the concert.

Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the concert. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, without flash.
Can I leave the room during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you can't leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start so the team can seat you in your reserved category. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated before it begins: latecomers won't be admitted.
What happens if the weather prevents the concert from taking place?
If the weather were to affect your experience (a change of venue or date, for example), Fever will let you know in advance by email.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
