New Year's Eve Menu
Starters

• Foie gras and chicken liver parfait, toasted sourdough, apple chutney and truffle butter
• Crab and avocado with tomato consommé jelly and tarragon
• French onion tart, poached egg, wild mushrooms and soft herbs

Mains

• Herb buttered chicken, cream leeks, confit potatoes and hazelnut jus
• Pan fried sea bass, celeriac purée, spinach, garlic prawns and chive butter sauce
• 300g fillet of beef, chips, peppercorn sauce and watercress
• Linguine with a poached baby vegetables and Parmesan sauce

Desserts

• Dark chocolate parfait, chocolate crumble, oranges and raspberries
• Lemon meringue tart
• Rice pudding brûlée with apple compote
