What are the different types of tickets?
There are three ticket categories: Category A (excellent visibility), Category B (very good visibility) and Category C (good visibility).
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets are not available to purchase on site: they must all be bought via the app or on the Fever website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. Once you've bought your ticket, contact us and send us all the necessary supporting documents (you must have a valid ticket before making your request).
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is only for people aged 8 and over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address you used to make your purchase. The QR code to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the concert stated on your ticket. If you meet these conditions, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
What are flexible refundable tickets?
Available only for certain events, flexible refundable tickets let you request a full refund if you decide not to take part in the experience.
When can I request a refund on my flexible ticket?
You can request a refund on your flexible refundable ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note: your ticket can no longer be refunded once it has been transferred to another user.

Where does the experience take place?
In the Salle Gustave Eiffel, on the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower.
How do I get there?
The Eiffel Tower is located on the Champ de Mars, 5 avenue Anatole France, 75007 Paris, and is served by numerous public transport links. Metro: line 6 (Bir-Hakeim), line 8 (École Militaire) and line 9 (Trocadéro). RER: line C (Champ de Mars - Tour Eiffel). Bus: lines 30, 42, 72 and 82 (Tour Eiffel stop). The meeting point is at the foot of the Eiffel Tower 1 hour before the start of the concert (5.00pm for the 6.00pm concert), as specific lift time slots are reserved for Candlelight. Entry is via the pillar marked with a Candlelight sign, with plenty of signage at the foot of the Tower.
Will drinks be available?
A glass of champagne is included with your ticket purchase. Madame Brasserie menus are purchased in addition to the ticket and are not available at every concert.
Can I bring an animal?
Animals are not allowed.
Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?
No, unfortunately the Salle Gustave Eiffel does not have sufficient capacity to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there are several underground car parks nearby: Parking Pullman Tour Eiffel (18 avenue de Suffren) and Parking Saemes Quai Branly Tour Eiffel (25 quai Branly).
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash. The artists will remind you of this during the show.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must remain on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash.
Can I leave the hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 60 minutes before the concert begins: arrive at the foot of the Eiffel Tower at least 1 hour beforehand so that you can be allocated a seat within the category you booked. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated before it begins: in the event of a late arrival, entry into the hall will not be possible, in order to respect the artists' performance and the experience of other spectators.
What happens if the weather disrupts the concert?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or date), we will let you know in advance by email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, provided the whole group arrives at the same time with tickets in the same category. In this case, we recommend arriving early: we'll do everything we can to seat your group together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: click on 'Transfer tickets' in the Fever app. For further assistance, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
For everyone's safety, the hall is lit with electronic candles, with no real flame.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
