What are the different types of tickets?
There are three categories: category A, with excellent visibility; category B, with very good visibility; and category C, with good visibility.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets are not available to buy on site: they must all be bought via the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. Once you've bought your ticket, contact us and send us all the supporting documents: you must have a valid ticket before making your request.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is only for people aged 8 or over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Remember to log in with the same email address used for the purchase. The QR code to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the concert's start time shown on your ticket. To do this, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. For more information, check our Terms and Conditions.
What are refundable flexible tickets?
Only available for certain events, refundable flexible tickets let you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I request a refund for my ticket?
You can request a refund for your refundable flexible ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note: a ticket transferred to another user can no longer be refunded.

Where does the experience take place?
In the Salle Gustave Eiffel, on the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower.
How can I get there?
The Eiffel Tower is located on the Champ de Mars, at 5 avenue Anatole France, 75007 Paris, and the area is served by a wide range of public transport. Metro: line 6 (Bir-Hakeim), line 8 (École Militaire) and line 9 (Trocadéro). RER: line C (Champ de Mars - Tour Eiffel). Bus: lines 30, 42, 72 and 82 (Tour Eiffel stop). Lift slots are reserved for Candlelight: arrive at least 1 hour before the concert starts. Entry is via the pillar marked with a Candlelight sign, and plenty of signs will guide you at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Meet at the foot of the Eiffel Tower at 5pm for the 6pm concert, and at 7:30pm for the one at 8:30pm.
Will there be drinks available?
A glass of champagne is included with the purchase of your ticket. Madame Brasserie menus are available to purchase in addition to your ticket and are not offered at every concert.
Can I bring an animal?
Animals are not allowed.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
No, unfortunately the Salle Gustave Eiffel does not have sufficient capacity to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there are several underground car parks nearby: Parking Pullman Tour Eiffel (18 avenue de Suffren) and Parking Saemes Quai Branly Tour Eiffel (25 quai Branly).
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash. The artists will remind you of this during the show.

Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 60 minutes before the concert starts and lift slots are reserved for Candlelight: arrive at least 1 hour before the start so we can assign you a seat in the category you've booked. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated before it begins. In the event of a delay, entry to the hall will not be permitted, out of respect for the artists and other members of the audience.
What happens if the concert can't take place due to bad weather conditions?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (change of venue or date), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, as long as the whole group arrives at the same time with tickets in the same category. In this case, we recommend arriving early: we'll do everything we can to find seats next to each other.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: click on 'Transfer tickets' in your Fever app. For further assistance, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
For everyone's safety, the venue is lit with electronic candles, with no real flame.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
