What are the different types of tickets available?
We have different zones and seats depending on the visibility you want. If you choose to purchase a “Premium” ticket, the ticket will specify the name as “Luneta Baja II,” since that is the official name of the section within the venue; however, this type of ticket is considered “Premium” due to the excellent visibility it offers in the central area facing the stage. The seats designated as “choir” offer good visibility and proximity to the stage, and are located behind the musicians.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket (it's essential to have a valid ticket before requesting it), please contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years or older to attend. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. If so, please contact us with your ticket number. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our terms and conditions.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is located at Puente Xoco s/n-Puerta A, Xoco, Benito Juárez, 03330 Ciudad de México, CDMX; there are several transportation options available via public and private transport. Please take precautions due to the traffic congestion in the area.

The venue sells simple food and beverages.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in case of emergency.
When should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive at least 45 minutes before the concert begins. The concert will start at the scheduled time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, to respect the musicians' performance and the audience's experience, you will not be allowed into the show. Access to the venue building is not permitted once the show has started, so we suggest taking precautions to arrive on time.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), rest assured that we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. It's as easy as clicking “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, feel free to contact us with your ticket number.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember that you must log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
What items are prohibited?
Authorized staff may check attendees in order to prevent access to prohibited or dangerous items (food and beverages brought from outside the venue, narcotics and firearms, sharp objects, or anything else that poses a danger to oneself or other attendees). We reserve the right of admission and/or permanence in the event that someone shows up in an irregular state, such as intoxication, drug use, or any other behavior that is uncomfortable and risky for themselves and/or others.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
