Grab a front row seat at the bar as we delve into the thought and preparation of Joaquín Simó, a highly-awarded, industry-revered mixologist and owner of the recognized cocktail bar destination Pouring Ribbons. You will be treated to an hour of interactive mixology, tasting, and discussion. This session aims for "edutainment” as you sip on delicious cocktails, learn the foundations behind making a well-balanced drink at home, listen to stories on how classic cocktails were originally named, discover where to find the best bar tools, and participate in an open Q&A. Afterwards, retire to the sitting area for a 1-hour open bar, featuring cocktails from Pouring Ribbons and light bites.
