What are the different ticket types?
The tickets available on the website specify the different zones available for purchase. Zone A offers the best view, while Zone D has only a partial view.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
If you need assistance during the experience, you can request a free pass for your caregiver. To do so, please fill out the form and send us the supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
Access to the experience is reserved for people aged 8 and up. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Log in with the same email address used for your purchase. The QR code to present on the day of the concert is also included in the confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert's start time as indicated on your ticket. If you meet these conditions, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be issued.

Will there be food or drinks on site?
No food or drinks will be available on site.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.

No parking is available directly at the church. Municipal parking lots can be found nearby.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
