Is there a minimum age to attend this concert?
Access is restricted to people aged 8 and up. Any disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to leave the venue. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Don't forget to log in with the same email address used for your purchase. The QR code to present on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start of the concert indicated on your ticket. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be granted. For more information, check out our terms and conditions.
What is a flexible refundable ticket?
Offered only for certain events, flexible refundable tickets let you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
