    Grab a drink, settle in, and let the evening begin before the first note. Arrive 30 minutes early. Doors close 5 minutes before the show starts and no entry is allowed after that.

What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. It is as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” inside your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, do not hesitate to contact us and include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, please contact us and provide the ticket ID associated with your purchase (the unique code you received when buying your ticket, shown in the confirmation email or in the Fever app). You can also check whether the change option is available in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app: if it is, the “Change date and/or time” button will appear; just tap it and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the change. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions. However, there is an optional add-on called Flexible Cancellation, available for purchase, which offers an alternative policy.
If I buy a Flexible Cancellation ticket, can I get a refund then?
You can cancel your Flexible Cancellation ticket if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Just get in touch with us. Please note that the ticket will not be refundable if it is transferred to another user.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you do not need to print your ticket. It will be validated through the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Periqueras. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early; we will do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
No. Tickets are only available on the Fever app or the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
Doors will open 30 minutes before the experience starts and will close 5 minutes before it begins. Latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the artists and the rest of the audience.
Will food and drinks be available to buy at the venue?
At this event you will be able to buy food and drinks; however, there will be no gluten-free or vegan options.
Can I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the artists and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I use my phone during the show?
No, your phone must stay on silent throughout the show. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final bow and without flash.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will be no strobe lights.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place at an indoor venue.
Can I smoke or vape during the experience?
No, smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the venue.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the event venue. However, we do welcome service dogs.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event will take place in an accessible venue.
Is there parking available?
Unfortunately, there is no parking at this venue, so we recommend not arriving by car.
