Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.

Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.

When should I arrive?
We ask you to arrive at least 45 minutes before the show starts so that you can be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The show will start at the scheduled time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the performance of the artists and the audience's experience, you will not be allowed into the venue building or the show; we suggest you take the necessary steps to arrive on time.
Is food served?
Yes! You can buy refreshments at the venue and enjoy them during the show. The venues have shared tables, so you can keep your refreshments with you while you enjoy the show.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
Is this venue accessible for people with disabilities?
The building has areas that are accessible for people in wheelchairs or on crutches.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can't leave your seat except in an emergency.
