What are the different types of tickets available?
We have different zones and seats depending on the desired visibility: Premium, Zone A, Zone B, and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before requesting it), contact us with the supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years or older to attend. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, contact us with your ticket number. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our terms and conditions.
Where does the experience take place?
At the Teatro de la Ciudad, located at Calle Ojinaga 106, Zona Centro, 31000 Chihuahua, Chih.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is 5 minutes from downtown Chihuahua; there are several transportation options via public and private transport. Take precautions due to the traffic congestion in the area.
Is food served?
The venue does not sell food or drinks. No food or drinks are allowed inside the hall.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
Does this venue have access for people with disabilities?
The entire building is designed to be accessible for people in wheelchairs or on crutches.
Is parking available?
The venue does not have parking. There are parking lots near the concert area. Take precautions to arrive early.
Can I enter if the concert has already started?
No. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert and you will not be able to enter once it has started.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
