Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are sold by zone rather than by individual seat, so arrive early to choose from the seats available in your zone. Premium seating is in the first 2 rows.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. The guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket before applying: once you have bought yours, contact Fever customer support with proof of disability. Accepted documents include: middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility; receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP); evidence of being severely sight impaired; a CredAbility Access Card plus 1 category requirement.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before your session starts: contact Fever customer support with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see Fever's terms and conditions.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
Available for selected events, a flexible cancellation ticket lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancellation ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the total ticket price will be credited back to your account; it can take 10 or more days to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the “Vouchers” section of the app. This voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a refund for the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use it to buy a new date and/or time for the same experience.
Can I exchange my ticket for a different experience?
No. If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use it to buy the same experience again.
How do I request my refund?
Contact Fever customer support to have your ticket refunded.
Where is the experience taking place?
The concert takes place at The Core in the Eden Project, Bodelva, Par PL24 2SG. Please arrive at the Eden Project's visitor entrance.
How do I get to the venue?
By car (sat nav PL24 2SG): just outside St Austell on the south coast of mid Cornwall, Eden is well signposted from the A30 from Exeter and the A391/A390 from Plymouth. From outside Cornwall, take the M5 south to Exeter, then the A30, exit at the Innis Downs junction (A391) and follow the signs for Eden. By bus: Transport for Cornwall services 28 and 31 go directly to the Eden Project, with connecting routes across Cornwall. By train: St Austell station, on the main line from London Paddington, is a few miles away and well served by buses to Eden; you can also take the train to Luxulyan, Bugle or Par.
Is there food or drink available?
Drinks can be purchased on site.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible. Manual wheelchairs are available in the Apple 1 and Apple 2 car parks, from where a 32-metre tarmac path (gradient 1:18, with a short steeper section at 1:10) leads down to the Visitor Centre. Accessible toilets are open in the Visitor Centre, the Core building and the top and ground floors of the Link building. Is there parking available?
Yes, there is ample free visitor parking at the Eden Project. From the car parks, you can walk down to the visitor entrance.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Your phone must be on silent during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before it starts so you can find a seat within your zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand: latecomers will not be allowed in.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost by tapping “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact Fever customer support with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
