Step into the world of Arrakis with an immersive, real-life experience that invites you to journey through the universe of Dune, blending interactive storytelling, iconic environments, cinematic soundscapes, and striking visuals as you travel across the trilogy.

This is a multi-sensory walkthrough experience combining scenography, projections, lighting effects, audio and live performances. There are no strobe lights, but some activities may not be suitable for guests with heart conditions or epilepsy. All visitors must sign a waiver before participating.

We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket. If you miss your scheduled registration time, please speak to a member of staff upon arrival. Please note that entry is not guaranteed for late arrivals, and if we are unable to accommodate you, your ticket will no longer be valid.

While we welcome all visitors, unfortunately, the experience could not be adapted for guests with visual and/or hearing disabilities and we cannot provide accommodations to enhance the visual and/or audio effects. The venue is ADA accessible for guests with limited mobility.
Can someone with a heart condition or epilepsy participate in the experience?
Guests with a heart condition or epilepsy may participate in the experience, although some activities are not accessible for guests with these conditions. All visitors will be required to sign a waiver before participating. This helps ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event won't include strobe lights. However, please note that a variety of other lighting effects will be used throughout the experience.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest along the way, seating will be available in the F&B area, where you can take a break and recharge before continuing.
