Yes, you can sit together! To ensure contiguous seats, you need to arrive together and have passes for the same zone. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early so our team can seat you together easily.

We advise you to arrive half an hour early to sit down calmly. The gate will close 5 minutes before the time indicated and no one will be allowed in later, protecting the acoustic experience.

To ensure you enjoy safely, all our candles are LED. They perfectly recreate the flicker and warmth of a real flame but without fire, heat, or any risk to your safety.

Please mute your phone for the entire event. Put your phone away and connect with the music; you can only take photos and record videos without flash in the final piece when the musicians tell you to.

Definitely! You can purchase a Gift Card that lets them choose their concert and date, or if you've already bought tickets for a specific day, you can gift those by using the "Transfer Tickets" button in the Fever app.

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. The package includes 3 high-quality LED candles that perfectly recreate the warm, flickering glow of candlelight. They are not real, so they are completely safe and ideal for decorating your home.

Packages you buy online will be ready for pickup at the concert. Keep in mind that the "Pack of 3 candles" is exclusive to that day and venue, so we do not accept returns or refunds.

We're sorry, but pets are not permitted in the venue. However, if you're coming with a guide or assistance dog, you'll have no issues.
