Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

About the venueLiverpool Town Hall
Liverpool Town Hall is an elegant 18th-century Grade I listed building in the heart of the city. Completed in 1754, it showcases Georgian architecture with a grand dome and opulent interiors. Still used for civic functions, it reflects Liverpool’s rich mercantile history and serves as a venue for events and ceremonies.

The venue does not have its own parking. Q-Park Dale Street (4-minute walk), Brunswick Street Car Park (APCOA) and Cheapside Car Park (both a 5-minute walk) are nearby.
Accessibility
The venue is wheelchair accessible, with ramps at the front entrance and on the east side of the building on High Street, and accessible parking spaces on High Street. Inside there are wide corridors, ramps and lifts, and the toilets are fully accessible.

What are the different ticket types?
There are 4 zones, from the best possible visibility to fair visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof that you need a carer ticket and we will send you a voucher code to buy your free carer ticket. You will need to show this proof, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each carer ticket must be bought together with at least one full-price ticket. Accepted documents include: middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card plus one category requirement.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before your experience starts. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, unless you bought a Flexible Cancellation ticket. For more information, see our terms and conditions.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. A ticket that has been transferred can no longer be refunded.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, it can take 10 days or more for the refund to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will immediately receive a voucher for the same value, which you can use on the same experience.

How do I get to the venue?
By car: Q-Park Dale Street (4-minute walk), Brunswick Street Car Park (APCOA, 5-minute walk) and Cheapside Car Park (5-minute walk). By bus: Castle Street stop (1-minute walk), Liverpool ONE Bus Station (10-minute walk, with frequent routes across the city) and Queen Square Bus Station (10-minute walk via Lime Street). By train: Moorfields Station and James Street Station, both a 5-minute walk.
Is there food served?
No food is served at the venue, but there is a bar.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes. There are accessibility ramps at the front entrance and on the east side of the building on High Street, and accessible parking spaces are available on High Street. Inside, the venue has wide corridors, ramps and lifts for easy movement, and the toilets are fully accessible and equipped with the necessary amenities.
Is there parking available?
The venue itself does not offer parking.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
