What are the different ticket types?
There are four ticket categories: A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets are not sold on site: they must all be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free ticket for your carer. To do so, contact us via the Fever support form, attaching all supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend the concert?
The concert is open to people aged 8 and over. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
Your ticket is in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same email address used for the purchase. The QR code to present on the day of the concert is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if your whole group arrives at the same time with tickets in the same category. We recommend arriving early: we will do everything we can to seat your group together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to any other Fever account: simply tap "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
For everyone's safety, the venue is lit with electronic candles, with no real flame.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the concert start time shown on your purchased ticket. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are possible. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The concert takes place at the Théâtre du Jeu de Paume, 21 Rue de l'Opéra, 13100 Aix-en-Provence.
How can I get there?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts: plan to arrive early. By bus: lines M1, M3, 13, 93, 110, 909 and 923, stops Mirabeau Italie, Ganay, Miollis and École Militaire. By car: Parking Carnot (10-16 Bd Carnot) and Parking Mignet (5 Av. Malherbe).
Are drinks available?
No, no drinks are available on site.
Can I bring an animal?
Animals are not allowed, with the exception of assistance animals.
Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, only in the stalls and subject to availability.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there are underground car parks nearby: Parking Carnot (10-16 Bd Carnot, 13100 Aix-en-Provence) and Parking Mignet (5 Av. Malherbe, 13100 Aix-en-Provence).

Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, and always without flash. The musicians will remind you of this during the concert.

Can I leave the venue during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts, so that we can allocate you a seat in your reserved category. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated before it begins. In the event of a delay, access to the venue will not be possible, out of respect for the artists and other attendees.
What happens if the concert cannot take place due to weather?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or date), we will let you know in advance by email.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
