What are the different ticket types?
There are four ticket categories: Category A, Category B, Category C and Category D.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be bought via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. To do so, fill in Fever's contact form and send us all supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend this concert?
This concert is reserved for people aged 8 and over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address used for the purchase. The QR code to present on the day of the concert is also included in the confirmation email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you all arrive at the same time with tickets in the same category. In that case, we recommend arriving early: we'll do everything we can to seat you next to each other.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: simply click on 'Transfer tickets' in the Fever app. For further assistance, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
For everyone's safety, the venue is lit with electronic candles, with no real flame.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 48 hours before the start time of the concert shown on your ticket. If you meet these conditions, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

By bus: lines M1, M3, 13, 93, 110, 909 and 923, stops Mirabeau Italie, Ganay, Miollis and Ecole Militaire. By car: Parking Carnot (10-16 Bd Carnot, 13100 Aix-en-Provence) and Parking Mignet (5 Av. Malherbe, 13100 Aix-en-Provence).

No, no refreshments are available on site.

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of assistance animals.

Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the concert so that we can allocate you a seat in the category you've booked. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated before it begins. In the event of a late arrival, access to the venue will not be possible, out of respect for the artists and other members of the audience.
What happens if the concert cannot take place due to weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or date), we'll let you know in advance by email.
