📍 Location: The Jazz Cafe
👤 Age requirement: 18+ with valid ID
Description
We invite back London’s fastest rising funk band Space Ghetto to perform Bill Withers’ greatest hits, B-sides and cult classics live at The Jazz Cafe. With his subtle brand of folk-soul, he produced several classics in the ’70s, such as the Gold selling “Ain’t No Sunshine,” but is perhaps best remembered for the classic “Lean on Me” and his other million-selling single “Use Me.” Some hail the inimitable 1974 r’n’b hit “Who Is He? (And What Is He to You?),” which garnered immeasurable radio airplay around the world as his finest song but among the dozens of albums he recorded there are a plethora of contenders. This show sold out in record time in 2018 so we urge tickets to be purchased early.
