Mexican History Museum 1

The Mexican History Museum in Monterrey is the most important historical exhibit in northern Mexico. It has more than 1,200 pieces that illustrate different aspects of life in Mexico from pre-Hispanic times to the 20th century. It also has a room for temporary exhibitions, a library-video library and an auditorium. Its building is of avant-garde architecture and has interactive consultation modules integrated to the tour.

What are the different types of tickets available?
There are different zones depending on the visibility you prefer. At this venue there is a Premium zone, A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not sold at the venue: all tickets must be purchased through the app or the Fever website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
If you need assistance during the experience, you can request 1 free pass for your personal or support assistant. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before requesting it), contact us with the supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement?
All attendees must be 8 years or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. To do so, contact us with your ticket number. Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances. For more information, check our terms and conditions.

In the Sala Madre Tierra at the Museo de Historia Mexicana, at Dr. José Ma. Coss 445, Centro, 64000 Monterrey, N.L.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is located in the Centro Histórico of Monterrey, with several public and private transportation options. Please take precautions due to traffic congestion in the area.
Is food or drink sold?
The venue does not sell food or drinks.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
The entire building is designed to be accessible for people in wheelchairs or on crutches.
Is there parking?

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
You may only take photos and videos during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert will begin at the scheduled time and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to enter.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if your whole group arrives at the same time and everyone has tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early; we'll do everything possible to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost: just click on "Transfer tickets" on your ticket within the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket number.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play), by logging in with the same method you used to make your purchase. You'll also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
What items are prohibited?
Authorized staff may search attendees to prevent the entry of prohibited or dangerous items (outside food and drinks, drugs, firearms, sharp objects, or any other item that poses a danger to the person or to other attendees). We reserve the right of admission and to remove anyone who is intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or engaging in any other behavior that is disruptive or poses a risk to themselves or others.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
