Candlelight brings the magic of live music to Liverpool Town Hall, surrounded by candles. Spend an evening with the Christmas film soundtracks you know by heart, played live in one of the city's most beautiful historic rooms, in the warm glow of hundreds of candles.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.
On the day How it works
Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

About the venueLiverpool Town Hall
Liverpool Town Hall is an elegant 18th-century Grade I listed building in the heart of the city. Completed in 1754, it showcases Georgian architecture with a grand dome and opulent interiors. Still used for civic functions, it reflects Liverpool’s rich mercantile history and serves as a venue for events and ceremonies.

The venue itself does not offer parking. Nearby car parks include Q-Park Dale Street (a 4-minute walk), Brunswick Street Car Park (APCOA) (a 5-minute walk) and Cheapside Car Park (a 5-minute walk). Accessible parking spaces are available on High Street.
Accessibility
The venue is wheelchair accessible. The accessibility ramps are at the front entrance and on the east side of the building on High Street, and accessible parking spaces are available on High Street. Inside there are wide corridors, ramps and lifts, and the restrooms are fully accessible.

What are the different ticket types?
There are 4 zones, from best possible visibility to fair visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant or Support worker. Please contact us through Fever's help centre with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer's ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket. Here are some of the documents we accept: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility; receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP); evidence of being severely sight impaired; CredAbility Access Card, with a + 1 category requirement.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us through Fever's help centre indicating your ticket ID. Unless you bought a Flexible Cancellation ticket, refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our Terms and Conditions.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. It becomes non-refundable if it has been transferred.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, it takes 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.

How do I get to the venue?
By car: Q-Park Dale Street, a 4-minute walk; Brunswick Street Car Park (APCOA), a 5-minute walk; Cheapside Car Park, a 5-minute walk. By bus: Castle Street stop, a 1-minute walk from Town Hall; Liverpool ONE Bus Station, a 10-minute walk, with frequent city-wide routes; Queen Square Bus Station, a 10-minute walk via Lime Street. By train: Moorfields Station, a 5-minute walk; James Street Station, a 5-minute walk.
Is there food served?
No, there will be no food at the venue but there will be a bar.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue's accessibility ramps are situated at the front entrance and on the east side of the building on High Street. Accessible parking spaces are available on High Street. Within the venue, they offer wide corridors, ramps, and lifts for easy movement throughout the venue. Restrooms are also fully accessible and equipped with necessary amenities.
Is there parking available?
The venue itself does not offer parking.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
