Candlelight brings live music to awe-inspiring venues, and this festive season it comes to Liverpool Town Hall. Let a string quartet play the Christmas classics you know and love, surrounded by the glow of hundreds of candles, in an intimate concert that will get you into the holiday spirit.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.
On the day How it works
Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

About the venueLiverpool Town Hall
Liverpool Town Hall is an elegant 18th-century Grade I listed building in the heart of the city. Completed in 1754, it showcases Georgian architecture with a grand dome and opulent interiors. Still used for civic functions, it reflects Liverpool’s rich mercantile history and serves as a venue for events and ceremonies.

The venue itself does not offer parking. Nearby car parks: Q-Park Dale Street (4-minute walk), Brunswick Street Car Park (APCOA) and Cheapside Car Park (both a 5-minute walk). Accessible parking spaces are available on High Street.
Accessibility
The venue is wheelchair accessible. Accessibility ramps are at the front entrance and on the east side of the building on High Street, and inside there are wide corridors, ramps and lifts. The toilets are fully accessible.

What are the different ticket types?
There are 4 zones, from the best possible visibility to fair visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free ticket for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof that you need a carer ticket and we will send you a voucher code to get your free carer ticket. You will need to show it, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each carer ticket must be purchased with at least one full-price ticket. Accepted documents include: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility; receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP); evidence of being severely sight impaired; CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement).
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of your experience: contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, except with a Flexible Cancellation ticket. For more information, see our T&Cs.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. A Flexible Cancellation ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher immediately, for the same value, which you can use on the same experience.

How do I get to the venue?
By car: Q-Park Dale Street (4-minute walk), Brunswick Street Car Park (APCOA, 5-minute walk) and Cheapside Car Park (5-minute walk). By bus: Castle Street stop (1-minute walk), Liverpool ONE Bus Station (10-minute walk, with frequent city-wide routes) and Queen Square Bus Station (10-minute walk via Lime Street). By train: Moorfields Station and James Street Station (both a 5-minute walk).
Is there food served?
No food is served at the venue, but there is a bar.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. The venue's accessibility ramps are at the front entrance and on the east side of the building on High Street, and accessible parking spaces are available on High Street. Inside, there are wide corridors, ramps and lifts to move easily around the venue, and the toilets are fully accessible and equipped with the necessary amenities.
Is there parking available?

Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
