What are the different ticket types?
Zone A offers the best visibility, Zone B great visibility, Zone C good visibility, and Zone D fine visibility, with possible obstructed views.

What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket lets you request a refund or exchange if you decide not to attend.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
You can request a refund up to 48 hours before the event. A transferred ticket is not refundable.

No documents are required.
How long does a refund take, and how will I receive it?
Refunds to a credit card or PayPal can take 10 or more days to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, a new voucher will be issued in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, less the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.

Can I sit together with my friends?
Please purchase tickets in the same zone and arrive together. The venue team will do its best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes. You can transfer tickets to any Fever account at no cost using the “Transfer Tickets” option. Contact support if you need help.
Are the candles flammable?
All candles used at the event are flameless.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs can be collected at the designated venue location during the event. They are tied to the event date and location, are non-refundable and non-returnable, and all sales are final.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
