The Freemason Lodge Zur Einigkeit No. 11 is a historic and exclusive lodge house in the Bahnhofsviertel of Frankfurt am Main. With a large antique festivity hall, a stage, and a concert grand piano, it provides the perfect setting for events. In addition to the festivity hall, there are other rooms such as a foyer, a small hall, and a playable bowling alley.

What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D. All ticket types include a free welcome drink.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets are not available at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before your visit via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal companion. Once you've bought your own valid ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents. After that, you'll receive a voucher that you can use to get the free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). At entry, you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the companion ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience starts. To do this, please contact us with your ticket ID. Without a Flexible Refund ticket, no refund is possible. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
By when can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You'll receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note: if the ticket is transferred to another person, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
What documents do I need for the refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?
Contact us via the Fever Help Centre to get your ticket refunded.
Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place at the Logenhaus zur Einigkeit (Kaiserstraße 37, 60329 Frankfurt am Main).
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: take the underground to Willy-Brandt-Platz (lines U1, U2, U3, U4, U5 and U8) or take the train to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. By car: you'll find parking at the car park by the theatre (Untermainanlage, 60329 Frankfurt am Main).
Is there food and drink available?
Every guest receives a welcome drink. You can buy further drinks at the bar. Bringing your own food and drink is not allowed; guests with their own refreshments may be refused entry.
Can I bring animals?
No. Animals, including assistance animals, are unfortunately not allowed at this venue.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible and wheelchair friendly.
Is there parking available?
You'll find parking at the car park by the theatre (Untermainanlage, 60329 Frankfurt am Main).
Can I take photos or film during the performance?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, when the musicians announce it, and always without flash.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos without flash are only allowed during the last piece.
Can I leave the hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in your booked zone. The concert starts on time. Anyone arriving late will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
Should the weather affect your experience (for example, through a relocation or postponement), we'll let you know by email in good time.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time; we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your confirmation email. There's no need to print anything: just show your ticket on your smartphone at the entrance.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
What is "Candlelight Foto"?
A photo experience exclusively for guests who book it: you'll be photographed in a specially set-up area and receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo as a keepsake with each purchase.
Can I buy "Candlelight Foto" on site?
Yes, subject to availability. Guests who book the photo experience together with their concert tickets online have priority. On site, only card payment is accepted, no cash.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert, preferably afterwards, so there's enough time for the pictures.
When will I get my photo?
You'll choose your photos on site, our team will print them afterwards and you can take them away with you right then. Don't forget to collect them: we can't keep hold of them, and if you leave without your photos, there's no refund or new appointment.
Where does the photo session take place?
When you enter the venue, our staff will explain where the photo experience takes place, and announcements will remind you. If you have any further questions, just ask our team on site.
How do I prove I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive your own QR code by email, separate from your ticket confirmation. Show it to the photographer on site to start your photo session.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
A refund is only available if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons that are our responsibility.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
