In this one-hour session, led by Ryan Nell, founder of Levitate Meditation, we will explore what it means to tune into your physical sensations and emotions. Many of us spend so much time ‘in our heads’, that we often lose touch with the world experienced through our senses. Equally, we can all too easily get trapped in a vicious spiral of emotion, causing needless daily suffering. During this group meditation session, you will learn how to deal with a range of emotions to help you live a more calm and balanced life.
