A Candlelight concert that brings the music of Chris Cornell to St. James 1868 in Milwaukee. From Soundgarden and Audioslave to Temple of the Dog and his solo songs, a string quartet plays his music live in a setting lit by candles.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

About the venueSt. James 1868
St. James 1868 is a charming wedding venue in downtown Milwaukee. It offers two exquisite event spaces, the ABBEY and the HYDE, which showcase a touch of European sophistication. The ABBEY is adorned with beautiful stained glass windows and intricate hand-carved panels, while the HYDE presents a spacious two-story vaulted loft area.

What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue: all tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have bought your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to sign in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts: contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, unless you have a Flexible Cancellation ticket. For more information, see our T&Cs.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher immediately, for the same value, which you can use on the same experience.

You can drive or take public transport. The closest bus stop is Wisconsin & N10 (bus lines 14, 30, 905, BLU and GOL).

A selection of wine, beer, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks is available for separate purchase at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as our musicians will indicate.

Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the show. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your zone. The concert starts on time, and late arrivals will not be allowed in.
What happens if the weather does not allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will let you know by email in advance.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For more help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For everyone's safety, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
