Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

What are the different ticket types?
There are five ticket types: Premium, with the best visibility, and Zones A, B, C and D, with visibility going from excellent in Zone A to limited in Zone D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets must be bought in advance through the Fever app or website.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance during the experience, you can request one free carer ticket by contacting Fever with proof of need. We'll send you a voucher code for the free ticket, which must be booked together with at least one full-price ticket. Show the code and your tickets at the entrance. Accepted proof includes the middle or higher rate of DLA for care and/or mobility, proof of receiving PIP, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card (plus one category).
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 5 years old or over. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start, subject to availability, by contacting Fever with your ticket ID. Refunds are only possible if you bought a Flexible Cancellation ticket, up to 48 hours before the start (see below). See the terms and conditions for more details.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
You can cancel your Flexible Cancellation ticket by contacting Fever up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take to process and how will I receive it?
If you used a credit card or PayPal account to make the purchase, the refund will be credited back to your account. Keep in mind that the money could take 10+ days to appear on your statement. If you bought your ticket(s) using a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the "Vouchers" section of the app. Keep in mind this voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a refund for the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the Flexible Cancellation option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You'll receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use this voucher to go back to the experience and buy a new date and/or time.
Can I exchange my ticket for a different experience?
No. If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use it to buy the same experience again.
How do I request my refund?
Contact Fever to get your ticket refunded.
Where is the experience taking place?
At the Cathedral Church of St Machar, The Chanonry, Old Aberdeen, AB24 1RQ.
How do I get to the venue?
The cathedral is in Old Aberdeen, north of the city centre. There are several bus stops nearby, including one on St Machar Drive, and it is easy to reach by car.
Is there food and drink?
There is a bar serving alcoholic, soft and hot drinks. You can also pre-purchase a welcome glass of Prosecco when you buy your ticket.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
The cathedral is fully accessible on the ground floor.
Is there parking?
Yes, there are parking areas on the University of Aberdeen campus, about a 5-minute walk away.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Only during the final piece, when the musicians indicate it, and always without flash.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash, when the musicians indicate it.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
No. You must stay in your seat during the performance unless there is an emergency.
When should I arrive?
At least 30 minutes before the concert starts, so you have time to be seated in your zone. The concert starts on time and late arrivals will not be admitted.
What happens if the weather affects the event?
If weather conditions affect the event, for example by changing the location or postponing it, Fever will let you know by email in advance.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, to any Fever account at no extra cost, using the "Transfer tickets" option in the app. If you need help, contact Fever with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For everyone's safety, all the candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code?
There's no strict dress code, but feel free to embrace the romantic Disney spirit: think elegant, whimsical or inspired by your favourite Disney moments.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
