Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find it in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more details, see our Terms & Conditions.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 1 hour 15 minutes, including a 15-minute interval. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.
What are the different ticket types?
Premium (Best Visibility), Zone A (Excellent Visibility), Zone B (Good Visibility), Zone C (Fair Visibility) and Zone D (Limited Visibility).
Where does the experience take place?
The Cathedral Church of St Machar, The Chanonry, Old Aberdeen, Aberdeen AB24 1RQ. It's located north of the city centre, in the former burgh of Old Aberdeen, close to several bus stops (such as St Machar Drive) and easily reached by car.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating within your zone.
Is there food or drink available?
A bar will be open serving alcoholic, soft and hot drinks. You can also prepurchase a welcome glass of Prosecco when buying your ticket.
Is parking available?
There are parking areas within the University of Aberdeen campus, a 5-minute walk from the venue.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free Personal Assistant/Support Worker ticket. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket (for example, Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, proof of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card with at least one category requirement). We'll send you a voucher code to purchase the free carer ticket, valid together with at least one other full-price ticket. You'll need to show it along with your tickets at the venue.
Does this venue have disability access?
The Cathedral Church of St Machar is fully accessible on the Ground Floor.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must otherwise stay on silent mode throughout the performance.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated; latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
