Covering complementary health, spiritual awareness and personal development, the show is the largest of its type in the UK. Featuring a food for the soul kitchen, where you can learn how to cook and prepare all food good for your soul with top chefs, a Therapy Zone with massage, reiki, reflexology, acupuncture, talks about what happens when we die and so much more!
