The venue's zones have different prices depending on visibility and proximity to the stage. Your seat will be assigned by our team when you arrive at Ateneo de Madrid, always respecting the order of arrival and the sector.

Can we sit together if we're a group?

Answer

Yes, we'll do everything we can to seat you together. To make it easier, you should enter the venue at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We advise arriving at least 30 minutes before the start, and our team will assign you contiguous seats.

Can tickets be bought at the Ateneo de Madrid box office?

Answer

There are no ticket sales at the Ateneo de Madrid box office on the day of the event. We advise securing your spots in advance, managing everything comfortably through the Fever app or official website.

What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show to settle in comfortably. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and to avoid disrupting the concert, no one is allowed in once the musicians are on stage.

Will there be food and drink service at Ateneo de Madrid?

You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.

What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?

Answer

Temperature in historic venues can fluctuate depending on the day. Although we always aim for the perfect ambiance, we advise you to bring an extra layer or wear clothes suitable for the season so all you have to do is enjoy the music.

There is no formal dress code for the event. We advise going for a comfortable style so you can enjoy the evening to the fullest.

How long does the experience last?

Answer

The Candlelight: Tribute to Michael Jackson in Madrid lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Answer

We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

Answer

For your total peace of mind, we only use LED candles at our concerts. They achieve that characteristic flicker of a real flame but without actual flames, eliminating risks and without emitting heat.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Answer

We ask that you keep your phone muted during the performance. You can take photos and videos without flash only in the final song when the artists themselves give you the nod.

Your digital tickets await you in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store), under the "Tickets" tab. Log in with the same profile you used to buy them. The QR code will also be in your confirmation email. Forget paper; you don't need to print anything to get in.

Of course, sharing your tickets won't cost you anything. Just go to your Fever app profile, tap your ticket, and select "Transfer Tickets." If you need help, contact us with your ticket number.

Definitely! You can purchase a Gift Card that lets them choose their concert and date, or if you've already bought tickets for a specific day, you can gift those by using the "Transfer Tickets" button in the Fever app.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. Capture your night with this photo pack in a special Ateneo de Madrid location. Our team will deliver an instant printed photo in Polaroid format for you to take home.

Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Ateneo de Madrid?

As long as there's availability, you can book your Ateneo de Madrid experience on the day of the concert using a card. Keep in mind that we only accept card payments and that online bookings have priority over sales at the venue.

When should I arrive to have my photo taken?

Answer

Make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we have enough time to take your photo. Your photo will be taken before the event, and the photo session will end 10 minutes before the concert begins.

When will I receive the photo?

Pick the photo you want printed - it'll be ready for you to collect when the concert ends. Make sure to take it with you when you leave, as our team can't keep it for later.

What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?

The package comes with 3 LED candles designed to recreate the warm, cozy light of a real candle. Since they don't use real fire, they are ideal for decorating your favorite spots safely.

What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?

Answer

The pickup of your online purchases is handled directly at the venue on the day of the show. Returns and refunds of the "Pack of 3 candles" are not accepted as it is strictly associated with the date and location of the concert.

Are pets or animals allowed in Ateneo de Madrid? What about service animals?

Answer

Pets can't attend the event. However, assistance dogs are welcome.

Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?

Yes! Attendees who need support can request a free ticket for a caregiver. Please contact us and send the necessary proof so we can reserve their spot.
