We will also be making Japanese-style veggie broth using dried kelp and shiitake mushroom to make gut-friendly miso soup. Everything you make will be hand-picked, fresh and organic. The delicious health-conscious recipe is free of gluten, GMOs, and refined sugar and the small class size allows each student cook in a hands-on setting that is always super interactive and fun. You will receive a full recipe of the sushi and miso soup as well as a NYC Japanese grocery store guide that will help them seasoning used in the class!
