• Macaron: a classic french macaron delicately sandwiched together with a vanilla marshmallow filling
• Candy Floss Cupcake: pink vanilla sponge with a candy floss flavoured American buttercream, topped with dripping white chocolate and finished with a ball of candy floss
• Eclair: a crispy choux pastry filled with a zesty lemon cream topped with a raspberry fondant glaze and freeze-dried raspberry pieces
• Doughnut: baked malt doughnut topped with a silky fondant glaze and sugar sprinkles

Sandwiches: Choose from 3 sandwiches

• Cucumber and cress
• Smoked salmon on soda bread
• Pesto chicken and sun-dried tomato
• Egg salad and chives
