What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased before attending the event, through the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance during this experience can request a free ticket for their personal assistant or carer. Please contact us through Fever's contact form with proof that you need a carer ticket. Once we have received it, we will provide you with a voucher so you can get a free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that at the entrance you must show the regular ticket together with the carer ticket.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, the date and/or time can be changed up to 24 hours before the experience starts. In that case, please contact us through Fever's contact form quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in Fever's terms and conditions.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
With the flexible refund ticket you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. These details apply to flexible refund tickets, which are only offered for selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your flexible refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the Richard Wagner Saal at Le Méridien Grand Hotel Nürnberg (Bahnhofstraße 1-3, 90402 Nürnberg).
How do I get to the venue?
Le Méridien Grand Hotel Nürnberg is directly opposite the central station. There is also direct access to underground, bus and tram lines right outside the door. In addition, there is a paid car park at the central station. Parking directly outside the hotel is not permitted.
Are food and drinks available?
Drinks are on sale, but they may not be taken into the hall. Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed at this venue – not even assistance dogs.
Does the venue have accessible access?
Yes, accessible access is available. Please send us a short email at hello@feverup.com so we can get everything ready.

According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash.

Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of consideration for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you purchased. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of consideration for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience, you will not be allowed into the show.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow the event to go ahead?
If the weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a change of venue or a postponement), we will of course let you know in advance by email.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to seat you accordingly.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us through Fever's contact form quoting your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to sign in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email. There is no need to print anything. Just show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the safety of guests, all candles will be flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
