The Classes

• Flow: Move & release with a dynamic Vinyasa flow Yoga class set to flowers & birdsongs. Connect your mind and body. Breath, and feel one with nature
• Honey Flow: Connect & sweeten with this deeply connected Yoga class. We work with the spine, the joints and our breath to mobilise ourselves and soften up. A little slower & stickier than our signature FLOW class
• Power: A dynamic, challenging Power flow class with the backdrop of birdsong and flowers
• Transformational Breathwork: Take a deep deep dive into breathwork practices with this immersive, educational 75-minute workshop. This workshop does NOT have a relaxation focus, the bulk of the workshop will be focussed on breath optimisation, sympathetic activation, and shifting energy in a powerful way.
• Sunday classes: Yoga & Sound (1 hr)- Harmonic sound can deeply move us. It resonates physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Soundbaths are a profoundly relaxing and expansive experience. In our new Sunday session Consuelo will guide you through a breath-centric Vinyasa flow with mindful, somatic movement, and will finish the class with a long, powerful sound-bathed Savasana. For those looking for a deeper level, euphoric reset and release.
