Percy & Founders have teamed up with independent spirits brand FAIR. to create an exciting new summer cocktail, βA Green A-FAIRβ. A delicious combination of house-infused sugar snap pea FAIR. Vodka, house-made sugar snap pea & mint syrup, fresh lime and Franklin & Sons soda, this limited-edition cocktail has fresh summer produce at its heart. Plus, for every cocktail served, Β£1 will be donated to The Felix Project, a local charity who are dedicated to rescuing edible food waste and delivering it to vulnerable people suffering from food poverty in London.
