• Woodland Martini: House-infused Douglas Fir vodka, house-made smoked sage, dry vermouth and wormwood bitters

• Apple Crisp: Pommeau de Normandie (cider apple juice ‘must’ and Calvados), tequila, foraged wild rowan syrup, lemons, organic apple juice and rosemary
