Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

What are the different ticket types?
Premium (best visibility), Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (fair visibility) and Zone D (limited visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Please contact Fever through the contact form on the Fever help site, with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket. Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each carer ticket needs to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket. Here are some of the documents we accept: middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility; receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP); evidence of being severely sight impaired; CredAbility Access Card with at least one category requirement.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the ā€œTicketsā€ section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact Fever through the contact form on the Fever help site, indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless you bought a flexible cancellation ticket for this concert. For more information, you can refer to Fever's Terms and Conditions.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
A flexible cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or to exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my flexible cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it has been transferred.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund takes 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the Fever app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% flexible cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
The voucher is issued immediately, for the same value, and can be used on the same experience.

No food is served. Only a limited number of drinks is available at the venue, so we recommend buying yours online in advance.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
